Comments: Classified as Pop (Lebenthal 92). Based on the similarities between the apparel fabric and plastic materials, the apparel may fall in the category of 'plastic flash' synthetic (Lebenthal 83). Knee-length, sleeveless A-line silver dress of synthetic non-woven material, laminated and pressed to add texture. The dress is made in two pieces and is hemmed at the neckline and around the arm openings, which extend into shoulder ties. The lower edge of the dress is unfinished. The dress has a white paper fused interfacing which is yellowing at the neck opening and hem.
