Comments: 'Folly Cove designers were designer/craftsmen who worked together professionally from 1941 to 1969 in the Lanesville area of Cape Ann. They carved designs into linoleum blocks and printed them on fabric for draperies, table linens, and clothing...(5 Worley) Large, red rectangular cotton tablecloth, hand block printed in muted green and gold tones. The central portion of the cloth is filled with a repeated square motif, laid out 15 along length by 8 across width, each square depicting symmetrically arranged dark green foliage in a maze-like pattern which has an overall appearance of an English-type garden. Also printed with gold circle pattern borders around each square. Four gold pineapple-like motifs are arranged aroudn the center bush inside each square. Border of cloth is left plain red, with short tested fringe on all sides.
