Comments: Narrow, rectangular silk ribbon that was intended as a bookmark. The top of the off-white ribbon depicts American flags and an eagle and the words, “Pan American Exposition”. Below that is an impressive building that was a water fountain in front of it, and “Electric Tower” is woven below that. “Buffalo, NY 1901” is woven in at the bottom. The text and images are woven in red, blue and black. The bottom of the ribbon has been folded in to form a point. A red silk tassel is affixed to the point of the bookmark.
